Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Shifts: Full time days
Duties: The CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and active management of the Medical Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementing policies and directives of the Board of Directors, ensuring that a strategic plan is developed and implemented, and actively works to set and manage the culture.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) and a minimum of 10 years healthcare leadership experience is preferred. Proven experience developing and maintaining excellent physician relationships is essential.

HOSPITAL
Positions currently available:
Med/Surg Registered Nurse
Shifts: Part time nights (.6, 6p-6:30a, every third weekend and holiday)
Duties: Works directly with patients in the Med/Surg unit to assess, plan and implement the highest quality nursing care.
Requirements: Current Wisconsin RN license or the ability to obtain and BLS and ACLS certifications. One year of Med/Surg experience preferred.

CLINIC
Positions currently available:
General Duty Clinic RN
Shifts: Full time (1.0, 8-4:30 Monday - Friday with flexibility per needs of facility)
Duties: Participate in the orientation of new clinic employees, develop monthly routine skills review for staff, complete assessment audits of employee performance for qulity measures, provide professional development of individual staff and assuring that patient care of provided in a safe, competent environment.
Requirements: Wisconsin RN license with 3-5 years of clinic experience.
