Neurology is a medical specialty that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of all categories of disease and disorders involving the brain, spinal cord and nervous system. This includes traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, acute and critical care, clinical neurophysiology, and stroke, as well as conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and headaches. Our neurologist will evaluate your symptoms, provide a neurologic examination, order tests if needed and will work with you and your family medicine provider to develop a plan for treatment.
