Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory Therapy involves the evaluation, treatment and care of patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. Respiratory therapists perform cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests, administer medications, assure lung inflation and airway hygiene, and monitor cardiopulmonary physiology. Respiratory therapists work with patients to develop individualized plans of care, tailored to their needs.
